1. Shipping Options, Rates & Delivery Times
We offer three tiers of delivery to meet your budget and urgency requirements. Shipping transit times depend on your location and the service level chosen at checkout.

Please note: Order processing at our fulfillment center takes 1 to 3 business days before dispatch. Once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, a unique tracking number will be sent to your email immediately.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
To guarantee maximum protection for high-value jewelry items, we only partner with reputable, reliable global logistics networks. Your specific carrier will be determined based on your location and the selected shipping speed:

Economy & Standard Carriers: United States Postal Service (USPS), Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post, and local premium postal networks.

Expedited Carriers: DHL Express, FedEx, or UPS.
All Valon Official packages are shipped in discreet, secure outer packaging to prevent theft and protect the privacy of your purchase.
3. Shipping Zones & Exclusions
Delivery Destinations
We proudly offer international shipping to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and most countries across Europe and Asia.
Excluded Countries & Regions
Due to severe customs restrictions, operational high-risk profiles, or courier delivery limitations, we currently DO NOT ship to the following regions:

Continents/Countries: Africa (all countries), South America (all countries), Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Iraq, Syria, and Afghanistan.

Address Restrictions: We are unable to deliver shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. A valid physical residential or business address must be provided during checkout.
4. Responsibility for Lost or Damaged Packages
We assume full responsibility for your luxury items while they are in transit. Your peace of mind is unconditionally guaranteed.

Damaged Parcels: If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please inspect the inner jewelry box immediately. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the outer shipping box and the damaged product. We will arrange a brand-new replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Lost Parcels: A package is officially classified as "Lost in Transit" if the tracking status remains stagnant with no movement for more than 15 consecutive business days, or if the courier declares it lost. Once confirmed, Valon Official will fully refund your order or dispatch an identical replacement package via expedited shipping immediately.

Customer Exception: Please ensure your shipping details are entirely accurate at checkout. Valon Official cannot be held liable for delivery failures, delays, or losses caused by incorrect address inputs provided by the customer, or packages marked as successfully "Delivered" by the carrier to your designated address.
